Sagrillo comments on Lincoln Township Committee Moratorium Report
Wind energy opponents have pointed to the Moratorium Report from Lincoln Township, Wisconsin, in recent years as evidence of wind energy's negative impacts. An "excerpts" document has circulated that supposedly paraphrases that report.
